So, if you are going to Ulan Baatar, do not hesitate to stay in Zaya's. It would be the best option."

"The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The room was very clean and no complaints. The bathroom has been updated and was 24 hour hot water and good heating. Good location. 10-20 min walk to all attraction of the Ulaanbaatar. Including breakfast double rooms cost 16-24$. It is very good for us-budget travelers. Overall, good value."

"Zaya picked us up at the station when we arrived at six in the morning, and arranged for our bags to be stored safely while she gave us a short tour of the city. This may have been partially out of a sense of duty, but she also put herself out when she recommended we use the Internet at a café rather than at her place, because she charges more. When we asked to spend the night in a ger, she suggested we take only one room that night, even though we had already booked two rooms. Her genuine willingness to provide help to her guests, even at her own expense, was something I had never encountered before. Zaya even provided us with breakfast in her home at no cost; I felt like a guest rather than just another customer."
